2nd Generation Talking Thomas from the Tomy/Plarail line of Thomas & Friends toys. Has been tested and works fine. Thomas talks using 2 "AAA" batteries, and Annie runs on 1 "C" battery. This Thomas is quite rare. He speaks Japanese and has several unique features, such as a 3D whistle and extra detailing on his lamp. As he puffs along, he says many phrases and occasionally plays the Thomas & Friends theme song! He has light scuffs and paint chips from years of use, and his eyebrows have been reapplied. A talkative piece for any Thomas & Friends collector!
