Stop rust permanently with this gloss black POR-15 Stop Rust Kit. This is designed to stop rust on metal surfaces, and when used correctly, creates a non-porous surface that seals and protects from water, salt, chemicals, other elements that are corrosive. This kit covers a six square foot area with two coats and is great for small projects such as axle replacements, brake shields, control arms, and more. All you have to do is clean the surface, then prep it, and finally coat it.

The POR-15 Cleaner Degreaser removes the dirt, grease, wax, and other contaminants. The Metal Prep neutralizes rust and coats the surface with zinc phosphate. The Rust Preventive Coating has a hammer-tough finish that is resistant to most acids and alkali's, along with repelling of oils and fuels.
